Arrangements for New Year Opening

THE SCHOOL OFFICE WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY 30TH JUNE FOR HOLIDAY AND WILL OPEN TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS ON  Tuesday 1st August . THE OFFICE WILL FULLY REOPEN ON TUESDAY AUGUST 15TH.

Re opening of the school 2017 – 2018

 

First Years :

Wednesday 23rd   August    9.00  to 1:10

 All parents/guardians of our new First Years are invited for a cup of tea and a chat in College on the first morning at 9:00 until 9:30 so look forward to meeting you all then. 

Thursday 24^th                         8.50  to 3:10

Friday 25^th                                8:50  to 03:10

Monday 28^th                       No classes to accommodate staff meetings

Tuesday 29^th August              8.50 to 3.50

Wednesday 30^st August           8:50 to 1:10

Thursday 31^st August               8.50 to 3.50

Normal school days from hereon.

All students must be in school well on time in order to be in their classrooms ready for work at 8: 50.

Second Years Assembly

Wednesday 30^st August                11:30 to 12:00

Full Timetable commences on Thursday 1^st September

Third Years Assembly

Tuesday 29^th August       12:00 to 01:00

Full Timetable commences on Wednesday 30th August

Monday 28th August Staff Meeting – NO classes for any year.

Fourth Year:  Transition year Assembly

Wednesday 30th August                10:30 – 11:00

Assembly Tuesday 29^th August at 9:30 and

Induction into 5^th Year Step Up
